This is to inform all college students of Northwestern Visayan Colleges about the schedule for the purchase and signing of clearance for the current academic term.

Please ensure that you obtain all necessary signatures on your clearance and keep it safe. The clearance is a requirement before you can proceed with your final examination payment and for enrolling in the next academic year.
