PALARO 2023: OPENING CEREMONY OG 75TH NVC PALARO WITH THE THEME “TOGETHER BEYOND LIMIST”
The Opening Program started with roaring applause and cheers coming from the students as they entered the grounds of Pastrana Park. With enthusiastic welcome remarks led by the two amazing master of ceremonies Mr. Gernie Ronn M. Tumbokon and Ms. Luz Mary Paderes Rufon.
A warm welcome message was given by Ms. Mary Ann Lopez, the NVC’s Cultural Consultant, as she greeted the audience about the essence of NVC Palaro 2023, and how it molds every student to be a well-rounded person in the future.
The outgoing SSC president, Mr. Gernie Ronn Tumbukon, gave his valedictory message to all the students, and he also extended his gratitude to all the people who supported and guided him in his year as the SSC President.
