- Honorable Dismissal– This is referred to as the certificates of transfer. This is a compulsory requirement that certifies among others, that the student is free from all financial and other accountabilities in the previous school. The certificate and eligibility for transfer and/ or admission is issued only once.
- College grades/Report of Ratings – This is in the form of a True Copy of Grades. These are accepted for evaluation purposes only and not for formal transfer. The True Copy of Grades includes certified grades from all previous tertiary institutions.”

- Updated Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate
