Northwestern Visayan Colleges Junior High School students beamed with self-fulfillment as they received their graduation diplomas and achievement awards. Their teachers’ faces lit up with happiness, witnessing their students achieve great milestones in their lives. Parents couldn’t hold back their tears, reminiscing about their sacrifices and hard work.
The ceremony began with an astounding entrance of colors, followed by a prayer and a warm welcome from Mrs. Katherine B. Delfin, MAEd, the principal of Junior High School. She left an inspiring message: “Every child has their eyes and nose. I know your experience here at NVC has made a significant impact on you as individuals. Understand the value of overcoming obstacles.”
Class salutatorian John Kriepniz C. Jamili Jr. also expressed his gratitude to parents, students, teachers, and the school.
Mrs. Rudith Mae R. Dela Cruz proudly introduced the Guest of Honor, Engr. Eunisah Ann N. Roldan, Senior Engineer at N.I.A. Aklan. Engr. Roldan delivered an inspiring message: “Losers? There’s no such thing… only winners and learners.” This was followed by the highlight of the event: the presentation of graduates and the awarding of medals of merit.
The Junior High School Class Valedictorian, Iya Niel A. Gallardo, gave an emotional message to everyone: “God has a plan for everything. We should learn from the past. To succeed in life, appreciate and remember where and why you started, and be the best version of yourself, not just for others, but for yourself.”
