Province of Aklan stood out at the 2024 Western Visayas Regional Athletic Association (WVRAA) Meet, securing the 2nd spot overall. Maintaining this position across elementary, secondary, Para Games and Demo Sports categories, Aklan garnered a total of 47 gold, 56 silver, and 105 bronze medals.
