On January 17, 2024, the Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) community, comprising students and faculty from various departments, came together in a vibrant display of unity, culture, and devotion during the annual NVC Sadsad Panaad in celebration of the Ati-Atihan Festival.

The parade commenced in front of the RSQ Building, where NVCians gathered to kick-start the festivities. Among the participating departments were the Junior High School, Senior High School, TESDA, College of Education, AB Department, Computer Science Department, Business Administration Department, Hospitality and Tourism Management Department, NVC Batch 1996, NVC-HS Batch 1998, NVC-HS Batch 1992, Criminology Department, and the Forensic Science Department, along with the unwavering support of the dedicated faculty and staff of Northwestern Visayan Colleges.

The NVC Sadsad Panaad has been a cherished tradition that has stood the test of time, showcasing the beauty of Aklanon culture and its role as a bridge from one generation to the next. The vibrant paints adorning the faces of the participants symbolized the undeniable beauty of Aklanon heritage, while the diverse musical ensembles represented the enduring happiness and joy that unite the Aklanon people across generations.

NVC Sadsad Panaad also serves as a heartfelt avenue for NVCian students to express their devotion to Sr. Santo Niño, a demonstration of gratitude for the blessings and graces bestowed by the Almighty, and an acknowledgment of the countless blessings yet to come.

Viva NVC! Viva Kay Sr. Santo Niño! The NVCians continue to lead the way, proudly celebrating and preserving their cultural heritage for over 75 years since the establishment of Northwestern Visayan Colleges.
