Northwestern Visayan Colleges is now accepting applications for the TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM (TDP) for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2026–2027!

Under the TDP of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Office of Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada has provided educational assistance slots for 250 qualified NVC students. Selected recipients will receive a one-time grant of ₱7,500.00.

1 WHO CAN APPLY?

-Enrolled college students of Northwestern Visayan Colleges for A.Y. 2026–2027.

-Students who have NOT exceeded the prescribed maximum residency period.

*Students who are NOT beneficiaries of any other government scholarship programs, including:

-Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)

-Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)

-Provincial Government College Scholarship Program (PGCSP)

-Other government-funded scholarship programs

2 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

-TDP Application Form (Available at Registrar’s Office, ASQ Building, Window 3)

-Photocopy of Registration Form / Assessment Form for 1st Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027

-Certificate of Indigency issued by the Punong Barangay specifying the purpose: “for CHED Scholarship”

(Note: If a Certificate of Indigency cannot be secured, a Certificate of Tax Exemption or Social Case Study issued by a registered Social Worker may be submitted)

-1 Photocopy of a Valid ID
