Piña Revisioned: Aklan’s Fashion Week Celebrates Tradition and Style
The second annual Aklan Fashion Week culminated in a dazzling Fashion and Gala Night on November 28-29, 2024, at the Marzon Hotel. Aklan’s most gifted designers, members of the Aklan Fashion Designers Association, showcased their innovative creations, transforming the iconic Piña fabric with a blend of tradition and modern sensibility.
The runway came alive with a remarkable range of designs, from elegant gowns that showcased the fabric’s natural beauty, to edgy contemporary pieces that pushed the boundaries of fashion.
With its dazzling runway shows and captivating energy, Aklan Fashion Week has truly blossomed into something special. And with each passing year, it seems clear that Aklan’s fashion scene is poised for even greater things.
