In a world where career paths often seem predetermined, there are individuals who defy expectations and rewrite their destinies through determination and perseverance. ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฒ ๐. ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ผ๐ฑ, a 17 year old student who manage to surpass poverty and proved to everyone that hardwork pays off as she achieved the coveted title as NVC Senior High School, Class Valedictorian 2024. Her journey to success, however, was not merely paved with exceptional grades, but with resilience, determination, and a passion for learning that set her apart from other student.
Nathalieโs story begins in humble beginnings, growing up she was not able to stay in a particular school; she changes school every school year because educational opportunities were limited. Every day she helped her mother in their small cafeteria ,where she became a cashier, server and dishwasher.According to her, she experienced poverty and discrimination, and at that point in her life, she realized that money rules the world. However,despite facing early challenges, including financial constraints and a lack of access to advanced education, Nathalieโs faith to attain quality education remained. She seized every opportunity to excel, and there she find a home, which is the North western Visayan Colleges.
What truly distinguishes Natalie is her unwavering commitment to academic excellence and her relentless pursuit of personal growth. Beyond mastering her subjects, she immersed herself in extracurricular activities that enriched her understanding of the world. For her, Senior High School was a roller coaster ride. The past two years , NVC has been her home, it provides her the confidence to be a leader .She was elected as president of the NVC AFS group and the Philomath Club; which fosters the development of various leadership behaviors and character.
Amidst these struggles , Nathalie found strength in prayer and unwavering faith.
